I am restoring a Vendo 81 A and I need 9 bottle shelves. I can find the after market shelves but want it back in original condition. Have any idea where I could find these original bottle shelves ?

We have a Vendo Coke machine that looks just like pictures above, but no coke bottle on the front. Believe it is a 1955, but don’t know where to look for model number. All original parts and in great working order. Mint condition. Any thoughts on worth?

I have an opportunity to buy an V-81D in all original condition that still works for $700. The paint is a bit faded, but other than that, it looks great as is. The seller said he would restore it to new condition for an additional $1000. My questions are:

Is this a good deal for the original machine?

and,

Is $1000 a reasonable restoration fee (he has a full body/paint shop and already did all the research to restore it correctly, but just has no need for it any longer) and would it add that much more value?

We have a Vendo 81D coke machine. It was professionally painted with coke paint, but never put back together. We bought it and are putting it back together. We are at the door part where the window is in front of the coke bottles. There are 3 metal pieces around the glass and a rubber gasket that also goes around it. What is missing? We don’t have a picture of just that to see how it goes together. Could you tell us if we are missing one of the side metal pieces or are there some kind of piece that holds it in place? If you had a picture of just that area it would be appreciated.

Does anyone know if you can set this machine into “Free Vend” mode? Is there some switch I can throw to make mine free? I have a working 81D but sometimes the coins jam, and I rather it just be free all the time. Any help would be very appreciated.

My parents have lived in their house for almost 20 years and have had a coca-cola machine in their garage for even longer. It is in pretty rough condition and I can’t find a model number on it but it is a vendo 7 bottle holder. is there any way I can figure out more about this machine.

My mother has had for years a Vendo 81 D coke machine. Several people are offering to purchase it, but I have no clue. I am looking for a ball park figure, works, never been repaired, latch on the door is broken. Is in original paint condition. Is 2500.00 too much to ask for this? Thanks,Robbie

That may give you a rough idea of it’s value but keep in mind prices vary greatly depending on condition. I have pretty much all of a model V-110 multi drink vendor Md. H110 . Looking for a restorer that would be interested in buying them. I started to restore and ran out of health and desire. Racks are not part of it.
