The diplomat was made by the Cornelius Company from 1962 – 1969 they came in 3 flavours or 4 . but the 3 was very very rare. I understand because there was only about a $50.00 price difference between the two everyone purchased the 4 flavour. I owned a 3 flavour which I proudly displayed in my private collection. The first models came with a large chrome bumper type design around the outside of the unit about mid height and in 1964 they went to a straight side. They were a very good unit that could dispense up to 6 glasses per minute before starting to foam. They only were made to dispense premix flavours which ment the tanks that were hooked up were already finished product (premix) Cornelius made the same unit for the Pepsi Cola Company as well but the only diffrerence was they came in blue and were call Senators. I just retired from the Coca-Cola company after 40 years of service so I do have a little knowledge about equipment.

I have aquired a Dole Director machine that I would like to put into my game room and hook up. It shows little sign of use. The problem is. I do not know what is involved with making this machine work. Also, I am in need of o-rings for the syrup tanks. Can anyone send me in the right direction. I have to much invested in this already to let it just sit in the corner. Please help.

After searching for the trim I found two sources, one retail and one manufacturer. The retailer wants $105.00 per piece with a 2 piece minimum order and shipping of $109.00 to ship it two states away from them. The manufacturer wants $12.34 per piece no minimum, and $34.00 to ship 7 states away. Moral of the story: Shop around. I ordered 8 pieces for $102 plus the $34.00 shipping, exact same stuff. Let me know if you need some.

I have a fountain very similar to this made by Dole SN201610. I am getting it ready to sell and need a minor part. Where can I find parts, please? I also have the carbonator that we used. It was installed in my kitchen and a lot of fun, but we have mover to another home and not able to use it here. Thanks.

This is the closest I have came to finding a machine like the one I have. I never could fins out how old it was or how much it was worth. We are in the process of moving and I would like to know whether it is worth keeping or should I sell it? It is in very good shape.

We just wanted to let you know that this dispenser is quite complicated, and usually used for commercial applications, rather than home use. The soda water and the syrup are mixed during the dispensing process. For more information on parts and how they work together, a good resource is americansodafountain.com.
